We are seeking a highly motivated Senior eCRM Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in Dubai. You will be the strategic and operational lead for our customer relationship marketing activities across multiple global brands in the B2B alternative products sector. With the majority of our customer base in the USA and operations worldwide, you will manage and execute omnichannel campaigns that generate leads, nurture existing customers, and convert return traffic into sales.
You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to create integrated, data-driven eCRM strategies across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other platforms, tailored to brand and market-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel CRM Ownership: Plan, build, and execute integrated eCRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications for multiple brands and global markets.
Lead Generation: Develop segmented, personalized lead-nurture journeys to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
Customer Retention: Design and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to increase customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and re-engage inactive accounts.
Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to convert return website/app traffic through timely, relevant messaging.
Collaboration & Planning: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with commercial objectives and product availability.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, churn, etc.), and deliver actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Data Management: Oversee database segmentation, hygiene, and compliance with data protection standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Tools & Platforms: Utilize CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) for campaign deployment and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on eCRM experience, preferably in a B2B or multi-brand environment.
Proven ability to develop and execute omnichannel CRM strategies at scale.
Strong understanding of lead generation, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey mapping.
Proficient in using CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, HighLevel, Odoo etc.).
Analytical mindset with a strong command of campaign performance metrics and A/B testing.
Experience working with global audiences, with a focus on the US market.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and commercially driven environment.
Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus.
