Job Description
As a Senior CRM & Retention Manager in the e-commerce industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. You will analyze customer data, identify opportunities for personalization, and create targeted campaigns to drive customer engagement. This role requires strong analytical skills, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify customer behavior patterns and preferences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM and customer retention in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
