Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding our corporate and B2B portfolio and nurturing existing relationships to drive increased sales and revenue. As part of our team in Advanced Travel & Tourism Dubai, youll work in an ONSITE environment where you will be responsible for approaching new business opportunities, managing VIP accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service while implementing company sales strategies and achieving established targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key corporate clients and VIP customers, building strong long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively approach and acquire new corporate and B2B clients to boost sales revenue.
  • Maintain and grow existing business relationships, increasing the company’s market share.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maximize the profitability of each account.
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and phone.
  • Process reservations, ticketing, and refunds through industry-standard GDS systems (Amadeus & Sabre).
  • Organize group bookings and negotiate advantageous rates with airlines.
  • Ensure regular, clear communication with travel coordinators to maintain seamless operations.
  • Maintain positive interpersonal relations with travel coordinators and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and relevant documentation to the accounts department.

Requirements for the Role

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in travel agency and corporate sales roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree and completion of an IATA course.
  • Expertise in using GDS systems such as Amadeus and Sabre for reservations and ticketing.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel products, airline contracts, and group bookings.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Sound knowledge of basic accounting and sales reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset and target-driven attitude.
  • UAE Driving License (required).
  • Customer-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-level service.
