Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and regulations.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Review and approve design plans, technical reports, and calculations from junior team members.
• Manage resources effectively, including budget, materials, and manpower to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in civil engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in civil engineering roles.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, design, and construction processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
