SENIOR BIM COORDINATOR - ARCHITECTURE

Job Description

Coordinate architectural BIM models and workflows across Mirage’s projects, ensuring models are accurate, coordinated with other disciplines and compliant with project BIM standards.

Support architectural design teams with model management, clash detection and BIM deliverable production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural BIM models across assigned projects in line with the project BIM execution plan
• Lead clash detection and coordination reviews with structural, MEP and other disciplines
• Ensure architectural BIM models meet quality, accuracy and level of development (LOD) requirements
• Support the production of architectural drawings, schedules and documentation from BIM models
• Manage BIM model federation and coordination meetings with the wider design team
• Support the development and enforcement of project BIM standards and protocols
• Provide Revit and BIM coordination training and support to architectural team members
• Support the preparation of BIM deliverables for client submissions and approvals
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in architectural BIM coordination within a consultancy environment
• Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture and BIM coordination tools (e.g. Navisworks, BIM 360)
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols and multidisciplinary coordination processes
• Experience managing BIM execution plans and model quality control
• UAE experience preferred
