We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading architectural projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring designs meet industry standards, client requirements, and internal benchmarks for quality and innovation. The Senior Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing structures and systems that are not only aesthetically satisfying but also functional, safe, and efficient. In this position, you will work closely with clients, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that architectural projects are completed timely and within budget. You will also be expected to mentor junior architects and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our architectural processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development of all architectural project phases.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and design requirements.
• Develop innovative architectural concepts and functional designs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project plans to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers and construction teams to finalize design structures.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff effectively.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure resource efficiency.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
• Participate in the review and approval of construction methods and materials.
• Coordinate with external consultants and experts as required on projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in architectural design processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience necessary.
• Licensed Architect with a valid license to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale and complex architectural projects.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise and negotiate with clients and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in preparing and presenting detailed architectural documentation.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is preferred.
