Senior Analyst Accounting And Financial Reporting

Job Summary:

Providing essential technical support to the reporting management team of a reputable Dubai Holding Firm is the main task of this position. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of Group and entity-level financial statements and mandated technical schedules, supporting the Manager with detailed monthly reporting packages, ensuring compliance with external disclosure requirements, and documenting complex accounting treatments.

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

• Prepare financial reports and assist in the consolidation of group entities.
• Analyze financial results and variances across subsidiaries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal reporting requirements.
• Assist in drafting management discussion and analysis reports.
• Prepare supporting schedules for external audit reviews.
• Collaborate with FP&A and consolidation teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain updated documentation of accounting processes and reports.
• Support system enhancement and reporting automation initiatives.
• Participate in special financial analysis and project-based assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CA Inter/ACCA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent Excel and ERP system proficiency.
• Exposure to IFRS and group accounting principles.
