Senior Advisor Transportation And Logistics Private Equity

Senior Advisor with extensive experience in transportation, logistics, and infrastructure investments, supporting private equity and strategic investors across Asia, CIS, and Middle East markets. Focused on identifying and executing opportunities within international freight corridors, rail logistics, and intermodal supply chains.

Advises on investment strategy, asset evaluation, and value creation across logistics platforms and infrastructure-backed businesses. Combines deep sector expertise with strong understanding of cross-border trade flows, corridor economics, and regulatory environments across emerging markets.

The role is structured on a retainer or project basis, combining strategic advisory with active participation in board and investment committee discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse global and regional logistics markets with a focus on international trade corridors, rail freight, and intermodal infrastructure.
• Develop investment theses and identify high-value opportunities across corridor-driven supply chains and logistics platforms.
• Support M&A processes including target identification, due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation strategies.
• Advise on stakeholder engagement across government entities, transport authorities, and international partners.
• Provide strategic guidance to investment committees, boards, and shareholders on portfolio development and capital allocation.
• Support negotiations and partnerships with regional and international logistics operators.
  
  
  

• 15+ years in transportation & logistics, including senior leadership roles in private equity, infrastructure investment, or corporate M&A.
• Deep expertise in Eurasian and Asian freight corridors, rail logistics, and infrastructure-backed logistics models.
• Strong understanding of cross-border trade dynamics, customs frameworks, and regulatory environments in emerging markets.
• Proven track record in investment evaluation, platform development, and value creation within logistics assets.
• Established network across logistics operators, infrastructure players, and financial institutions.
  
  
  

• Advisory role on a retainer or project basis, aligned with investment cycle and strategic priorities.
• Active participation in board and advisory committee meetings, including preparation of strategic materials and recommendations.
• Regular travel across focus regions, typically 10–14 weeks per year, including short missions aligned with deal execution and portfolio oversight.
• Flexible remote setup, combined with in-person engagement in key markets and at board level.
