Recognised by the AFR as one of the Best Places to Work in Manufacturing & Consumer Goods, we’re looking for a high-impact Production Manager to lead the production team at our Melbourne Fulfilment Centre.

This is a critical leadership role where you’ll own production performance, drive operational excellence, and lead a large team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Your Role

• Lead the end-to-end production function, delivering quality products safely, efficiently, and on time
• Plan and execute production schedules across all brands to meet volume, cost, and quality targets
• Own production performance, including KPIs across efficiency, safety, quality, and cost
• Manage labour planning and workforce allocation to align with production demand
• Partner cross-functionally with Inventory, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, and People teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture
  
  

What You Bring

• 5–7+ years experience in production or operations leadership (FMCG/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality, and food safety
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance outcomes
• Experience managing KPIs and using data to improve operations
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
