Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounting cycle for multiple companies under Engage Distribution

• Handle daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations

• Manage supplier invoices, payments, and bank transactions

• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial data

• Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries

• Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions

• Coordinate with management for budgeting and expense tracking

• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a trading or distribution environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Odoo or Zoho Books (preferred)
• Proven experience in inventory accounting and reconciliation
• Ability to manage accounts for multiple companies or divisions
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with other accounting tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
