Real Estate Agent

We are seeking ambitious and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. If you have a passion for Dubai real estate, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to build trust with clients — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads from company sources and self-sourcing.

• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals successfully.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients.

• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and legal procedures (RERA/DLD).

• Manage all transaction-related documentation and follow up post-sale.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on new launches, market developments, and regulatory updates.

• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and admin teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (off-plan or secondary).

• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

• RERA certification (or eligibility to obtain).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Chinese is a plus).

• Professional, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
