Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage schedules, monitor performance, and support staff training.
- Address client inquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
- Promote services, products, and loyalty programs to drive sales.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role (preferably in a salon).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of salon operations and software (preferred).
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
