Job Description

Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage and motivate salon staff to achieve sales and service targets.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Drive sales, promote salon services, and support client retention and business growth.
Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records and database

Requirements

4-5 years of experience in salon supervision or salon management.
Strong skills in sales, customer service, and client management.
Must have an existing client database/network and the ability to attract and retain clients.
Fluent English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
