Job Description

The Sales Support Executive plays a pivotal role in boosting a company's sales efforts. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication between sales team and client service departments.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients, providing relevant information and tools.
  • Update and maintain client databases, ensuring accurate and current information.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Monitor and manage order processing, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance sales workflow and team productivity.
  • Support sales team in lead generation through research and client profiling.
  • Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating them as necessary for resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles within sales operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving issues.
