Job Description

The Sales Supervisor position, designated as 17N25, is a pivotal role for the leadership and development of a successful sales team. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a sales environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans accordingly.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics monitoring.

  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
