Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in skincare products. The role involves promoting and selling high-quality skincare products to a diverse client base, including beauty salons, spas, retailers, and direct consumers. As a Sales Representative, you will leverage your knowledge of skincare trends and product benefits to drive sales growth and build long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience. Collaborating with marketing teams, you will help tailor campaigns to enhance visibility and demand for our products. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive increased revenue.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through research and networking activities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients accurately.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure client retention.
  • Market new product lines effectively to existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales plans, forecasts, and reports detailing progress and challenges.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitive offerings in skincare.
  • Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to help improve product offerings.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions to promote the company's products.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities to assess potential threats and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of skincare products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and close deals.
