Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the skincare products industry. As a Sales Representative, your primary role will involve promoting and selling our innovative skincare products to various clients, including retailers, beauty salons, and spas. You will play an essential part in expanding our brand's presence and market share by building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, possesses excellent communication skills, and is driven to achieve sales targets. You will work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, where your creativity and strategic thinking will be vital in helping our brand grow. Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell skincare products to retail and business clients effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate the use and benefits of skincare products to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide clients with exceptional customer service and support as needed.
  • Attend trade shows and events to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to inform product development and marketing.
  • Keep updated on the latest industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients with confidence.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment and promotion.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for skincare products and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently with self-motivation and drive to meet targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales management.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
