As a Sales Representative specializing in perfumes, you'll become an integral part of a passionate team focused on delivering exceptional fragrance experiences. Your role will involve connecting with customers to introduce them to our diverse range of perfumes, understanding their personal preferences, and recommending fragrances that align with their taste and lifestyle. You will employ your charm, expertise, and understanding of the brand to not only drive sales but also provide unforgettable customer service. Responsible for crafting personalized fragrance journeys, you’ll engage with a clientele that appreciates the art of perfumery. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide expert advice on perfume selections and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the perfume products, including fragrance notes and brand history.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Manage and organize perfume displays to ensure they are appealing and well-stocked.
  • Stay informed of new perfume launches, promotions, and sales strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and participate in promotional events and activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.
  • Compile and report sales data to help develop future sales strategies and targets.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the fragrance or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of different perfume categories and fragrance notes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team success positively.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and other sales-related technologies.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
