As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer experiences and promoting mobile devices and accessories to showroom visitors. Responsibilities:
Showcase a wide range of mobile devices, smartphones, tablets, and accessories to showroom visitors.
Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and benefits.
Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom.
Initiate conversations to understand their mobile technology needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough consultations to identify customers' preferences, usage patterns, and budgets.
Recommend suitable mobile products and solutions based on their requirements.
Conduct live product demonstrations to highlight the capabilities and features of mobile devices.
Address customer questions and concerns effectively.
Provide accurate price quotations for mobile devices, plans, and accessories.
Explain pricing structures and any ongoing promotions.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell related mobile accessories, gadgets, and services.
Enhance the overall value of customer purchases.
Work toward achieving or exceeding assigned monthly sales targets.
Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales inquiries.
Process sales transactions accurately using the showroom's point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit, and electronic payment methods.
Ensure that the showroom displays are organized, visually appealing, and well-maintained.
Arrange mobile devices and accessories to maximize their visibility.
Stay informed about the latest mobile technology trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
Share insights and product updates with customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and closed deals.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for showroom management.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a mobile showroom or retail environment.
Excellent knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and technology trends.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Effective communication skills for explaining technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
Adaptability to fast-paced retail environments and a willingness to learn about new products.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for mobile technology.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
