Responsibilities

  • Communicating with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products and services to prospective clients effectively.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and goals.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to outline benefits of our products.
  • Negotiating sales agreements and closing projects with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for new and repeat business.
  • Analyzing market trends to identify sales opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities daily.
  • Attending team meetings to update team members on sales performance and strategies.
  • Providing market feedback and suggestions to enhance products and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, changes, and new products or services offered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role required.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and CRM software proficiency necessary.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and negotiation techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to handle pressure.
  • Ability to travel as needed and possess a valid driver’s license.
