Job Description

The Sales Representative is a pivotal role within our company, tasked with the crucial responsibility of driving sales growth and establishing long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and eager to hit the ground running to exceed sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be the primary contact for customers, responsible for promoting our products, understanding customer needs, and providing exemplary customer service to foster strong connections and drive repeated business. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new leads for business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure loyalty.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • Assist in the company's marketing and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry for competitive advantage.
  • Attend sales training sessions and meetings to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales achievements.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills to engage customers effectively.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
