Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the principal point of contact between our company and our prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to foster and develop client relationships, driving the company’s sales strategies to expand our client base and enhance recognition of our products. You should be adept at identifying customer needs, building rapport, and effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings to persuade potential buyers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationship with existing and prospective customers within assigned territory.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets established for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and address client needs, offering suitable product solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients effectively.
  • Negotiate sales terms and pricing to secure profitable deals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure effective customer service.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify potential opportunities for sales expansion.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management for strategic planning.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company offerings.
  • Manage CRM system to maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the company's products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative preferred, with a strong sales record.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the desire to deliver results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
