Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to highlight our products' value.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Update customer databases with complete and accurate information regularly.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to build brand awareness.
  • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
