The Sales & Operation - Waterproofing role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring smooth operations in the waterproofing industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to waterproofing markets.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Recruit, hire, and train high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Set sales targets and guide sales teams in meeting and exceeding them regularly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to establish and promote brand strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and advise on business strategy adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental impacts of waterproofing solutions.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and adjust approaches accordingly.
  • Maintain a budget and optimize expenditures keeping in line with operational goals.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and operations within the construction or waterproofing industry.
  • Strong understanding of waterproofing products, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive strategic objectives and inform decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presentations and reports.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales platforms for monitoring and reporting.
