Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic real estate team. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the property market, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants.
Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors’ activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and property listings in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
