Sales Marketing Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for the assigned products.
• Drive sales team performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, product positioning, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to support informed business decisions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business performance reports.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree. An advanced degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of sales and marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Must have specialty care experience (Oncology/Immunology/Hematology/Anti-Infective)
• Prior experience as a Product Manager is essential.
• Team management experience is a must.
