Job Description

The role of the Sales & Marketing Head is a pivotal position in driving the growth and success of a company. This role requires a strategic thinker who can envision the big picture while also attending to the finer details that contribute to sales and marketing operations. The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities. They will oversee both offline and digital marketing campaigns, understanding the importance of branding, customer engagement, and relationship management. Additionally, the individual in this role will lead a dynamic team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring that they are motivated and aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Furthermore, the Sales & Marketing Head will have to analyze market trends to discover new opportunities for growth and manage the sales budget to ensure optimal return on investment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Work closely with product development teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Manage budget planning and ensure all sales team activities align with financial objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of necessary promotional and marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Implement and manage both offline and digital marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Develop brand positioning and messaging to differentiate from competitors in the market.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent post-sales support.
  • Coordinate and participate in relevant marketing events and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve brand recognition.
  • In-depth knowledge of market analysis and online/offline marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and forecast future trends.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is highly preferred.
