Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Head is a pivotal leadership role responsible for guiding the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree or MBA in a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop action plans from data insights.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage large teams effectively.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and marketing automation tools necessary.
  • Open to travel as needed for business development and client meetings.
