JAVITON International Dubai is an established manufacturer of powder coating materials with many years of production expertise. The company is now expanding its commercial presence in the UAE market and seeks a motivated Sales Manager to lead this new growth phase.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to open and grow the UAE and regional markets 

· Identify and build relationships with distributors, applicators, and industrial clients.

· Manage customer accounts and support technical and marketing activities.

· Prepare reports and market feedback for business development.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in industrial coatings / powder coatings / paint sector or related B2B sectors

· Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset to build business from ground up.

· Strong regional network in UAE and GCC markets.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Based in UAE and ready to join immediately.
