Indian Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Indian dishes.

• Plan menus, ensure ingredient availability, and maintain food cost within the set budget.

• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient daily operations.

• Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing department for orders.

• Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation of all dishes.

• Introduce new recipes and seasonal dishes to enhance the menu offering.

• Comply with UAE food safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Indian Chef in the UAE (restaurant or hotel experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine — both traditional and modern styles.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently.

• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
