Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our organization.   • Coordinate with product development teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
