Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The Training Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees, which is vital to our company's success and growth. This role requires an individual who is passionate about education and development, capable of managing training projects from conception to completion, and able to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure training needs are met and that programs align with our strategic objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to meet organizational needs.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals, and exercises.
  • Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments and surveys.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to participants to ensure understanding and skill acquisition.
  • Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and results for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training content and methodologies.
  • Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure program success.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training materials based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Support the integration of technology into existing and new training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for creating presentations.
  • Adept in analyzing training needs and designing tailored programs to close skill gaps.
