Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Female Sales Executive to drive business growth through effective cold calling, lead generation, and professional client engagement in the UAE. The primary focus of this role is outbound business-to-business (B2B) calling to secure qualified appointments for field visits, closing sales, and managing payment collections.


Responsibilities

  • 1. Sales and Business Development (Core Focus)

    • Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of daily cold calls to prospective B2B clients and businesses (e.g., General Managers, Procurement Heads) to introduce company products/services and identify business needs.

    • Appointment Setting: Master the art of the initial call to secure high-quality, face-to-face sales appointments for yourself.

    • Client Meetings: Professionally conduct scheduled sales visits and presentations at client sites, effectively demonstrating the value proposition and negotiating terms to close sales.

    • Lead Management: Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of prospects, following up diligently on all leads and appointment outcomes.

    • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, appointment quotas, and revenue goals.

    2. Financial and Account Management

    • Payment Collection: Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and coordinate the collection of payments to ensure timely settlement of accounts.

    • Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts, quotations, and pro-forma invoices accurately.

    3. Administrative and Office Support

    • Reporting: Generate daily and weekly sales activity reports, including call logs, appointment status, and sales forecasts.

    • Office Support: Assist with general office administrative tasks as required, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

    • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately input and update all client interaction and sales progress into the company's CRM system.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Experience : Proven experience (1-3 years minimum) in Telesales, B2B Sales, or Inside Sales, preferably within the UAE.
  • Skills :  Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and persuasive phone presence. Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog) is a plus.
  • Attributes :  Highly self-motivated, target-driven, resilient to rejection, and a professional, presentable demeanor for client visits.
  • Technical :  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience using a CRM system.
  • UAE License : A valid UAE Driving License and own car is highly preferred for client visits.
