Job Description

The Quality Control Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the products meet specific standards of quality and safety. This position is at the forefront of maintaining product quality, designing and implementing control tests, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring operations comply with industry standards and regulations. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with manufacturing processes to systematically test outputs and determine any stages of production that may need enhancements. They must ensure that quality control measures and policies are strategically implemented to meet internal and external customer expectations. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team of quality specialists efficiently. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction level of consumers and the reputation of the brand in the market offer.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for production.
  • Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of incoming and outgoing products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and governmental regulations.
  • Critically analyze and improve the quality control testing methods regularly.
  • Train, supervise, and manage a team of quality control technicians and inspectors.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues effectively and promptly.
  • Identify and assess quality assurance strategies and remedial actions efficiently.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality assessment reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to improve quality and efficiency standards.
  • Maintain and manage the documentation of all quality control operations.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure ongoing compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Stay updated with new regulations, quality trends, and industry benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a quality control management role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Well-versed with quality assurance software, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively and efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
