Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or related customer service fields is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, if necessary.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Professional, proactive, and with a strong personal drive to achieve goals.
  • Knowledge of retail sales software and CRM tools to enhance productivity.
