The Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales) is a pivotal role within our dynamic organization, responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our brand's market presence. This individual will be expected to meet with potential clients, create opportunities for brand engagement, and close sales deals effectively. This role requires a proactive and driven individual who thrives on achieving targets and developing lasting client relationships. As a Sales Executive focusing on outdoor sales, you will be the first point of contact, offering personalized service to potential clients while gaining valuable insights into the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You will be an integral part of a growing team, contributing to the company's long-term success through customer satisfaction and service excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective outdoor sales strategies in targeted markets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling initiatives.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers to present products.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to effectively answer questions.
  • Close sales deals and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Manage and update customer databases and sales records promptly and accurately.
  • Participate in sales events and exhibitions to showcase products to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review regularly.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and additional sales opportunities.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies to meet evolving market demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, particularly with consumer products or services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings regularly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales management.
