Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive for our Lubricants division. This role is pivotal in enhancing our market footprint and driving sales growth across a designated territory. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions from our range of lubricant products. You must be self-driven, highly motivated, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will focus on achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve profitability and growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lubricants market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize benefits for the company.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales leads.
  • Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to customers as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the lubricants industry and emerging market trends.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports to track and analyze performance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt handling of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to represent the company and promote products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
