Job Description

The Sales Executive for Doors & Windows is a pivotal role focused on expanding the market share and enhancing the sales performance of our high-quality doors and windows products. This role is essential for building strong relationships with existing clients and leveraging those relationships to attract new customers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans that will generate revenue, increase product placement, and enhance customer satisfaction. With an in-depth understanding of products and industry trends, the candidate will work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align customer needs with product features and benefits. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a customer-oriented mentality, and the ability to close deals lucratively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitor dynamics.
  • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to align sales and promotional strategies effectively.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports to facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Manage and update sales pipelines and databases to track progress and performance.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve product offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, particularly in doors and windows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as necessary.
