Job Description

The Manager - Account Management position involves overseeing and guiding a team responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team to achieve account management goals and objectives.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of day-to-day client interactions and communications.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts for revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of client solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to monitor and report on client satisfaction levels.
  • Resolve client issues by facilitating swift and effective problem-solving interactions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the account management team for career development.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and address any concerns.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to account management success.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and capabilities.
  • Ensure all client information and interactions are recorded accurately in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in account management or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written for client interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and profitable client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
