Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Credit Cards and Personal Loans, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial growth of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients and convert them into loyal customers by promoting our range of financial products. This challenging role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present our credit card offerings and personal loan products. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, striving to meet sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new clients interested in credit cards and personal loans.
  • Effectively present and promote credit card products to potential customers.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the financial needs and capacities of clients.

  • Resolve any customer queries related to credit cards and personal loans promptly.
  • Track and report sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' products and strategies.
  • Ensure all sales are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Participate in regular training workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in credit cards or personal lending sector.
  • Strong understanding of credit card and personal loan products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills necessary for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desirable.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
