As a Sales Executive specializing in construction equipment, you will play an integral role in our dynamic sales team, driving the growth and success of our product lines in the construction industry. Your primary focus will be to cultivate strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product development for feedback on customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment and industry practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for tracking sales activities.
