We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team, specifically focusing on construction equipment sales. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for construction equipment solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits to boost sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and client satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with after-sales technical support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and optimize sales efforts.
  • Track sales goals, document progress, and report results to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in construction equipment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
