Job Description

As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and profitability by promoting our products and services to a diverse clientele. Working closely with the marketing team, you will develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, and a keen ability to close deals. You will represent our company at industry events, negotiate contracts, and provide clients with tailor-made solutions to meet their needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the organization.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to build more effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop innovative and competitive sales solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous position.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
