Overview Of The Role:

The Sales Executive for Motorcycles is instrumental in driving sales performance across B2C and B2B sectors. The role entails generating leads, converting sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Success is defined by achieving sales targets, brand presence, and contributing to overall business growth. Anchored within Al-Futtaim Automotive policies, compliance with CRM usage, documentation standards, and customer experience guidelines is essential. The incumbent works in a fast-paced environment collaborating closely with various departments to optimize showroom operations and maximize customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently, contributing to revenue and market share growth.
• Generate and convert quality leads using C4C, improving lead-to-sale conversion rates and response times.
• Drive B2B and fleet sales opportunities, acquiring new corporate accounts and closing fleet deals.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience with high satisfaction scores and repeat/referral sales.
• Maintain compliance and sales process quality through accurate documentation and CRM adherence.
• Contribute to brand presence and events by generating leads from activations and participating in ride events.
• Support stock turnover and aging inventory reduction, actively participating in clearance campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, aftersales, logistics, and showroom operations for seamless service.
• Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings, and participate in training for professional growth.
• Maintain awareness of brand campaigns, competitor activities, and develop financial knowledge related to purchasing and options.
  
  

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of market trends and pricing dynamics.
• Ability to manage both B2C and B2B sales with a focus on corporate accounts.
  
  

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in motorcycles or automotive sector.
• Ability to present technical features persuasively and manage CRM systems effectively.
