We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service. She will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process from start to finish, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively promote them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Provide feedback from customers and market trends to influence product development.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support and assist in the development of junior sales staff, as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage contacts and sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside regular office hours when necessary.
