We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and exemplary service.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and provide detailed reports on sales metrics and activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
