Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will need to identify new business opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.

  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring profitable sales growth.
  • Regularly update sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote products and services.
  • Monitor accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a sales or customer service role, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to secure profitable deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • High level of motivation and strong ambition to succeed and progress professionally.
