We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team in the UAE. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the heavy machinery industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
• Oversee the negotiation and closure of sales deals and contracts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Stay updated with industry developments and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales management role within the heavy machinery industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and customer dynamics in the heavy machinery sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
