Job Position: Sales Cum Reservation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

The role involves both outdoor sales activities and reservation operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Attend outdoor business meetings and visit companies to generate new business.
2. Meet potential customers and promote our travel services.
3. Follow up with existing and new customers regularly.
4. Generate sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
5. Handle flight ticket bookings and reservations.
6. Arrange holiday packages, tours and customized travel itineraries.
7. Handle visa applications and other travel-related services.
8. Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
9. Manage customer enquiries and ensure proper follow-ups until the booking is confirmed.

Important Requirements:

• Must be willing to attend outdoor meetings and visit companies regularly.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Must be fluent in English (mandatory).
• Additional language skills: Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Note: This position requires a combination of outdoor sales, business development, customer follow-ups and travel reservation operations. The main focus will be on generating new business and converting customer enquiries into sales.
