Sales Coordinator – Luxury Interiors

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 + Commission


Are you passionate about luxury interiors and delivering exceptional client experiences? A leading international brand in contemporary handmade rugs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their UAE team in Dubai.

About the Role

As the Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the Dubai showroom. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless operations across CRM, inventory, and logistics. This is a full-time position based in the showroom, with weekend availability required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in the showroom, delivering a warm and professional experience
  • Support sales by providing product information, availability, and pricing
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales notes in Pipedrive CRM
  • Coordinate showroom stock logistics and sample movements
  • Create and manage quotations, sales orders, and sample requests
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Schedule follow-ups and manage sales team tasks using CRM automation
  • Generate reports on stock, samples, and client engagement
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new sales staff


Who You Are

You’re personable, organized, and passionate about luxury design. You thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment and are confident using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales processes.


Key Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing or showroom role, ideally in interiors or luxury retail
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (especially Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage dynamic client interactions
  • ERP experience (e.g., SAP B1) is a plus—training provided
